Asian American Talent Strut Their Stuff at Second Annual Fashion Extravaganza

LOS ANGELES—(U.S. ASIAN WIRE)— Audrey Magazine, the nation's premier publication for Asian American women by Asian American women, presents its second annual fashion show highlighting independent, up-and-coming Asian American designers and talent. FASHION FUSION 07 will take place on Friday, September 28, at the illustrious Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles. Sponsored by Toyota, the highly anticipated event is expected to surpass last year's success with an even more amazing lineup of designers, celebrity emcees and runway models, a special musical performance by Audrey Magazine cover girl and star of the Oscar-nominated film Dreamgirls, actress and singer Sharon Leal, and a turnout of more than 1,000 stylish guests, all to celebrate Asian America's contributions to fashion and beauty.

Emceed by actress Lindsay Price, star of the upcoming NBC series Lipstick Jungle (based on the best-selling novel by Candace Bushnell of Sex and the City fame), and actor Leonardo Nam, who can be seen in the upcoming film Vantage Pointstarring Dennis Quaid and Forest Whitaker, FASHION FUSION O7 will not only feature some of the hottest Asian American runway models, but celebrities who will also be doing their best catwalk down the runway for the collection. Confirmed celebrity models include Bai Ling, Michelle Krusiec (actress, Saving Face), Rex Lee (actor, Entourage), James Kyson Lee (actor, Heroes), Yul Kwon (winner, Survivor: Cook Islands), and many more. Produced by James Campbell, of Mercedes Benz' L.A. Fashion Week fame, the star-studded show will feature the Winter/Holiday collections of Kellynishimoto, Blanc de Chine, Bleu de Chine, Soni & Cindy, Saja, Mae, Kasil Jean, lingerie line Fleur'T, and jewelry designer Sally Sohn.

With an open bar cocktail reception before the fashion show and musical performance, and an after-party hosted by DJ Shy, the on-air mixer for Ryan Seacrest's morning show on 102.7 KIIS FM, guests at FASHION FUSION 07 will have the opportunity to mingle with celebrities, models, editors and community leaders in the Petersen Automotive Museum's luxurious, 18,000 square-foot Pavilion Tent, with plenty of Diageo's Crown Royal free flowing all night long.

General admission tickets for standing room are open to the public for $35. A limited number of VIP Seating tickets are on sale for $100, as well as a limited number of General Seating tickets for $50 each.
